• HPC consultations are very different from standard housecall consultations. It includes:

  • Understanding your pet’s medical needs & the family’s goals, fears and hopes

  • Assessing if the animal is in pain

  • Evaluating the pet's quality of life

  • Personalized Palliative & Hospice Care plan focused on pain management and providing comfort care for terminally ill pets

  • Guiding you through decision-making, including when a hospice-assisted natural death may be possible and when euthanasia may be the kinder option. We will also guide you on when is the right time to euthanize.

• Some ongoing care can be done through telemedicine: $100 per 20mins and $50 per 10mins thereafter

• For families who just need help on assessing the Pet's Quality of Life and when is the right time to euthanize - Telemedicine is an ideal option. It is $100 per 20mins and $50 per 10mins thereafter.

• From $590 (includes housecall)

• Additional charges:  Appointments made less than 24hours, evenings, Friday to Sundays, PH and Emergencies

• Prices include a complimentary glass bottle of fur and a paw print or nose print

• Additional prints available at $50 each​

• Telemedicine: $80 (10am to 4pm, Mon to Thurs)

• Additional charges of $20-100 for other times or extended consultation beyond 20 mins

• Includes video consultation and basic advice

• Courier of medication: Charged separately
